Important Notice from ROOM at the INN & the Y Project.

‘The Room at the Inn and the Y Project’, (RATI & Y Project) - Day time services will be closed for those seeking Food vouchers for Warrington Food Bank or Emergency Food Parcels for those living in poverty and / or need support from our Social Inclusion workers with alcohol, drugs and mental health problems and / or representation with relevant agencies.
 

We are sorry for the inconvenience but in this current emergency ‘We are not operating a Day time service in compliance with the Government's restrictions on leaving an Individuals home permanent or temporary for very limited purposes. We ask that in the current emergency nobody leaves there home to call at the, ‘Room at the Inn’ to access any of the above mentioned services. Please see our website for alternative support and contact details, we will resume our service when the current restrictions are lifted and in agreement with the Council, following Government guidance.
 

Those who are homeless or require any of the above services offered by RATI & Y Project please contact in the current emergency:

 

‘Housing Plus’ is open Monday to Friday 10am – 12pm and 2pm – 4 with a skeleton staff Other staff are working from home using telephone, email and web applications. If you have to queue outside please ensure social distancing, during this period of disruption.

Room at the Inn is the charity that was launched after the closure of the old Warrington YMCA.

We provide daytime services to homeless and vulnerable people and a 10-bedded night shelter. Our ethos is to help people to access the services they need to go forward with their lives. Our dedicated staff and volunteers support people through very difficult times and help them to find a better future. Not everyone, without help, will be able to move forward because of the challenges that they have.
