Community

All people are welcome to access Daytime Services, if you are isolated, worrying about something or just want a cup of tea and some company this can often make a difference to the way you feel.

We have few rules - all based around respect.

People are welcome whatever shape, size, problem, workers will do their best.

We encourage members of the public to call in with small donations of support - this helps people to develop and understand issues around Homelessness.

During your stay you will have a file set up along with a visitor's agreement, referral and a completed risk assessment.

Any visitors arriving under the influence of drugs or alcohol may be asked to leave the premises for the safety and security of staff and other service users.

ABOUT US >

Room at the Inn is a charity that was launched after the closure of the Warrington YMCA.

We provide daytime services to homeless and vulnerable people at our site on Winmarleigh Street Monday to Friday between 10am to 5pm on a walk-in basis and also operate a supported accommodation hostel on Museum Street for people who have been referred by WBC.

Our goal is to help people to access the services they need to go forward more positively with their lives. Our dedicated staff and volunteers support people through very difficult times and help them to find a better future.

Not everyone, without help, will be able to move forward because of the challenges that they have.
