Daytime Concierge (Reception/Security)

Location: Warrington Room at the Inn, WA1 1HU.
Hours: 33/44 hours per week – 4 (12 hour) days one week, 3 (12 hour) days following week.
Contract: Permanent £14 per hour.
Interview Date: Will be interviewing as applications are submitted.
Holidays: 5.6 weeks per year.
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated person with great people skills and a genuine desire to be part of the team that supports vulnerable members of the community at our supported accommodation. Overtime and holiday cover available.
Key Responsibilities
The role of Concierge with Room at the Inn is key to achieving successful outcomes for clients. As a motivated and friendly Concierge/staff member you will be responsible for delivering a high quality front of house service, and promoting the security of our 24 bed supported accommodation. You will address initial enquires from residents and manage visitors coming into the scheme. You will also complete daily activities including administration tasks, fire alarm testing, health and safety duties, reception duties, monitoring of CCTV, supporting with clearing/cleaning rooms when residents move on.

Good verbal and written communication skills.
